Realtors - work for their client and earn a commission at closing, usually paid by the Seller
Lenders - work for the bank or broker to get loan approval for the Buyer
Title Agents - work for the Buyer and are paid a fee set by law to insure the property
Home Inspectors - work for the Buyer and are paid at the time the work is done
Insurance Agents - work for the homeowner and charge an annual premium
Each of these service providers must be licensed and observe the ethical standards of their profession. They are experts in their field because they have proven themselves to me. I wouldn't recommend them if they were not the best. The choice of providers is always the Buyer's choice. Realtors can only make suggestions and mine are available to my clients for the asking.
